Job's and life in Australia

Hi,

I wanna know what are the most wanted jobs in Australia and where about is the best city to build up a life.

I already been in Sydney for six months and it was quite expensive :(

As last thing is that I still have a working holiday visa for Australia and I would like an other visa to work more than a year without to be sponsored, is that possible ?
