We have used First Contact. They have been very good.....but you still have to fill in the whole set of forms yourself. They do provide you with someone you can question whilst filling in them in though. As Bruno said, the info is available online and quite clear once you start working your way through it.
We went to a Get Me DownUnder show in B'ham....well after we had applied for our visa, to check out removal firms etc. We also looked into financial advice and as I have mentioned I think this is more valuable to people of our age
