Looking for friends to talk to
As you may have seen in our first blog we are planning on moving to Cairns.

Changing a job choice
We are couple looking to move to Cairns, I currently work in a motorcyle dealership and my partner is a vet nurse.
My partner plans to continue this course of work but I would like to change.... I am currently studying a Marine Biology degree and will have it completed by the time we leave the UK.
I am hoping someone can give me some information on how hard it maybe to change job prospects and try to secure and job with the Marine Biology sector?
And help or info would be great.

You will love Cairns although it is tropical and a bit humid! I have been there twice, last time in 2007 and escaped a hurricane when it was cut off for a day or two! Green Island is heavenly have been there twice too. Have you been yourselves yet?
We are going to Melbourne. We have finally sold our house but just waiting for our buyer to have their buyers mortgage approved and then we have a viable chain and it will be all guns blazing. It's really scarey now it is getting closer but can't wait to get there. Looking forward to hearing from you. x
