House Sale

Hi Catherine, we have sold our house at last after 14 months so there is hope! Just waiting til tomorrow to find out if chain is viable as our buyer's buyer has to get mortgage approved and it's happening tomorrow. All so exciting but can't get too carried away yet as if this mortgage not approved, back to square 1 for our buyer. Have you had any joy yet? Lesley

HOUSE SALE

Well we have finally sold our house after 14 months of hoping. Just got to wait now for the buyer of our house to have their buyer's mortgage approved and we have a viable chain. Will find out on Friday if all OK so fingers crossed. Looks like we may get there by early 2010 just in time for summer!
Very excited but also very scared. Anyone else nearer their goal yet?

GETTING DOWN UNDER

Our dream is to go and live in Australia and we started the process in August 2007. We got our visas in May 2008 and instead of putting our house up straight away left it a bit and then we hit the recession! We had to go out to Melbourne in April this year to validate visas or we would have lost them. Hi Lesley. Its good to hear there are some 15 year olds who would not want to come back here!!!! If you could give me the details of your friends daughter that would be brilliant!!!! Our daughter is so stubborn it is unbelievable!! I dont think she is a member of Facebook, but I am and I can give you my details. Although she does chat to her friends on Bebo. Whereabouts in Melbourne are you hoping to go to? We have relatives in Geelong and Lara and were hoping to stay in that area.
