Help Visa Problem :-/body>

We have hit a problem on our ENS visa.
What happens if we withdraw the application? Do we get all our papers back? do we get any refund?
This is a real set back over a very tenuous issue.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Dependant StepChildren and Vias application

Hi, i've just signed up to GMDU and was prompted to write as the advice available from the network seems so professional. I hope someone might have a little insight they could share with me.

Situation: We are planning to emigrate in autumn on a ES47 Visa. The QLD Health has offered my wife a position which we have accepted. The problem is that i have a daughter from a previous marriage age 15 ( 16 next month ) and as you can guess her natural mother is a bit gutted as my daughter wants to emigr… Continue

Cal, hi it's steven, you gave me some info last year on removing etc.
Could i ask, did you appear on Wanted DU the BBC program a few years ago? Cos today thay had WDU Revisited and they had someone caled Callie on, originally from Lancashire who emmigrated 3 years ago, live in Brisbane area and started up a company helping other potential immigrants. Just thought it might be you?
Anyhow we are hopefully quite near, done the Visa app, sent off the medicals and just waiting to hear from DIAC. Its murder and we've had so much hassle but fingers crossed.
Cheers

Wow , we are only approx 15mins from Algester and love the south side, down to earth friendly people who accept you for what you are. I am sure you will love it.
If you read issue 41 of the Australia & New Zealand mag i wrote an article on the cost of living in QLD, i am sure you would find it useful. I personally find the cost of living for our family less over here, but this can vary family to family depending on what your comparisons are.
Good Luck with everything and yell if you have any questions, i will do my best to help.

Hi there Steven We last spoke in May when you answered one of my blogs. Well seems like congrats is in order, at the time you were just getting ready to go but didn't think the house would sell. so of you go. Boo Hoo seems like everyone is going but us. All visa's in place just trying to get the house rented. We're going to Brisbane as well. Do us a favour and stay in touch it would be real nice to hear and be in touch with peeps like yourselves, specially as we are feeling a bit down as we expected ourselves to be ther now, my starting date was the 3rd of Aug. Groannnnn, they are keeping my position open for now, but its a job of balacing things here and there. Good luck for Oz, however it's not about luck,it's about destiny, as they say "just think Christmas on the beach" you lucky ducks.
