Hello,i am considering study in oz but after looking into it,it seems that you have to have funds for everything before you go,which can amount to 20000 GBP plus.
How can they expect the average person to have that kind of money to study.
Am i right here or am i looking at this in the wrong way.
Please help me anyone please.

Almost final UK update

Just a quick note to let you all know ...... we have accepted an offer on the house, only slightly under our ideal acceptable price. Potential entry date 26th November, but we've asked for an extra 2 weeks but we might not get that.

CAN ANYONE INFORM ME WHEN WESTRALIA AUSTRALIA STATE SPONSORSHIP LIST WILL BE OUT AS THIER WEBSITE SHOWS IN THE COMING WEEKS SINCE OCT 5 2010.

I HAVE COMPLETED MY ASSESSMENT AS MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER AND HAVE ACHIEVED 7 BANDSCORE IN IELTS. AM AWAITING THE STATE SPONSORSHIP OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA TO APPLY TO DIAC.

Arrived!

Well I finally arrived in Perth at the beginning of September and have loved every moment so far!

I had about a week off before I did some work at Perth's Royal Show and whilst there secured a three month contract job through one of the recruitment agents I'd registered with in May; so went straight from the Show to the job with one day off in between.

Currently in the running for two permanent jobs too, so at the moment everything is going in the right…

Too early to start sending CV's out?

Planning on enigrating to WA in sept 2012. Looking to start application for my spouse visa as Hubbie is Aussie Citizen and have had my 2 boys made citizens too. Just wondering when I should start sending out CV's to potential employers? I am an Animal Health Officer for the Government here and would be looking for something similar over in Oz. Does anyone have any advice?

Australian government looks to protect immigrants

Anyone from the UK planning a move to Australia have been warned of scams that leave them broke and without a visa.



Immigration Minister Chris Bowen has launched a new online tool to help keep potential immigrants on the right path.

Best way to emigrate??

My Fiance and myself are looking to emigrate to Australia, but don't where to start. I am a graduate in Digital Animation but i do not think this eligible for permanent residencey!

Would i need to apply for a Working Holiday Visa first?

please help, we just want to get the ball rolling!!!!

I passed thank god. 8, 8.5, 8.5, 9.

That is such a relief. I need to do a statutory declaration now for my degree syllabus so that I can have my skills assessed.
