Hi Doug,

Did you see this post ?

Hello - we moved to Sunshine Coast Queensland 3 years ago. We bought a business and got our Business owner visa. We want to move on now - the business is available for sale - you would preferably need to be an electrician to run it. It took my husband only three months to get the necessary licenses. You can email for more details. It is a great family place to live here - plenty to do - beautiful beaches, shopping centres, schools etc, very clean and the weather is just wonderful nearly all year - can get a bit humid in Jan/Feb but we haven't seen much of that. Yes life is good! You are just an hour or so away from Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
