great north run 2010

Hi everyone. IM trying to get organised quickly this year, im doing the great north run for Cancer research this year and aiming to beat the 1.45 mark if possible. (paul that'll be down to you matey)

Im sure we all have someone affected by this horrible disease, ive had positives and negatives with my mum now five years clear from breast cancer but have also lost a close friend and my wifes cousin at 18 to the disease.
