It's not the decisions that they are making, but how they are going about it. Not only are they moving the goal posts but the pitch as well. DIAC seem paralysed from indecision by one man, Chris Evans. Even when you have done everything right, put your application in, what does he do, make sweeping changes and then makes them applicable to applications that are already in the pipeline, some that were in the final stages.

Seems to me that as migration agents are telling everyone to submit their applications before the new SOL comes out in case their application is no longer relevant, that the government has effectively told them where to go. Which is fair enough really, as the purpose of the new SOL is that applications are relevant to the countries needs.

Its a nightmare.

talking to some of the states government people today it becomes obvious that NO ONE knew that this was on the cards.
